1} I acknowledge and agree that I am not using any other companies name or any Illegal Name or any Inappropriate Name.

2} I acknowledge and agree that I have full Rights to use this name or I have all necessary rights to submit this name.

3} I acknowledge and agree if there is any legal Issues or any legal Case or any legal Notice on the Name I am providing to White Labelling. FullOn Music or FullOn Entertainment Ventures Private Limited (OPC) or any division of FullOn Entertainment Ventures Private Limited (OPC) should not be responsible for it, I shall be responsible for it & for any liabilities on it.

4} I acknowledge and agree that FullOn Entertainment Ventures Private Limited (OPC) may or may not accept my request for White Labelling.

5} I acknowledge and agree that FullOn Entertainment Ventures Private Limited (OPC) can modify Album Artwork & Add their Logo on it.

6} I acknowledge and agree that White Labelling is in Beta phase, So there can be some Issues.

7} FullOn Entertainment Ventures Private Limited (OPC) can change this terms and conditions for any future Album submission without any notice.

8} FullOn Entertainment Ventures Private Limited (OPC) will give 10 days notice period before changing terms and conditions for any previous submitted Album (if any).
