1} I acknowledge and agree that Letters can be in form of email’s or in any digital format also.

2} I acknowledge and agree hereafter FullOn Entertainment Ventures Private Limited (OPC), FullOn Music & FullOn Classic will be referred to as DISTRIBUTER.

3} I acknowledge and agree to grant permission to DISTRIBUTER for sending Email and SMS to me.

4} I acknowledge and agree FullOn Music and FullOn Classic are division of FullOn Entertainment Ventures Private Limited (OPC). And any legal & financial activities of FullOn Music and FullOn Classic will be done under name of FullOn Entertainment Ventures Private Limited (OPC).

5} I acknowledge and agree that the Album and all the Tracks am submitting are original contents made by me or I have all necessary rights to submit it.

6} I acknowledge and agree if there is any Copyright Issues or any Copyright Case or any Copyright Notice on the Album or on any or all the Tracks that I am Submitting. FullOn Music or DISTRIBUTER or any division of DISTRIBUTER should not be responsible for it, I shall be responsible for it & for any liabilities on it.

7} I acknowledge and agree to Grant Exclusive Worldwide Full Digital Distribution Rights for Lifetime on my submitted Album and all the Tracks in it, To DISTRIBUTER.

8} I acknowledge and agree that DISTRIBUTER can distribute my submitted Album and all the Tracks in it, under any Division of it.

9} I acknowledge and agree that DISTRIBUTER can give my submitted Album and all the Tracks in it to any Third Party Company to distribute Album on some or any or all Platforms. 

10} I acknowledge and agree that DISTRIBUTER many not be in position or liable to share any Third Party Company name or information of them to me and I will not force for it.

11} I acknowledge and agree that DISTRIBUTER can modify Album Artwork that I have submitted.

12} I acknowledge and agree one Term in from 1 Jan to 31 Dec of the same year.

13} I acknowledge and agree that DISTRIBUTER will provide Royalties cut as per mention in field “Your Royalty Cut” in “Submit Your Album” form. From the revenues generated on submitted album only, for lifetime. If revenues are not generated then DISTRIBUTER will not be liable to pay out any Royalties for that term.

14} I acknowledge and agree that DISTRIBUTER will process the Royalties payment for previous term on 5 Jan of every calendar year, if it meets threshold limit mention in field “Your Threshold Limit” in “Submit Your Album” form. If it didn’t meet the threshold limit, Your payment will be carry forward to next Term till it meet “Your Threshold Limit”.

15} I acknowledge and agree that DISTRIBUTER will process my Submitted Album in 72 Business Hours.

16} I acknowledge and agree that DISTRIBUTER has no control rights on any other platforms.

17} I acknowledge and agree that DISTRIBUTER can take around 1 to 4 weeks to make my submitted Album and all Tracks available on all platforms.

18} I acknowledge and agree that DISTRIBUTER may or may not use all information provided in my Submission or may modify information while Distributing my Submitted Album to all platform.

19} I acknowledge and agree that DISTRIBUTER can use any information as it is or Modify or Alter it, that I have Submitted for Marketing & Advertising purposes.

20} I acknowledge and agree that if for any reason FullOn Music is obliged to issue a takedown notice to any online store or platform, FullOn Music cannot be responsible, once that notice is issued, for any delay in the process of takedown by any store or platform, since that is outside of our control.

21} I acknowledge and agree that takedown notices will be issued within seven (7) days of written notice to all stores unless the Artist has outstanding debts owing to FullOn Music.

22} I acknowledge and agree that if any Master that is distributed by FullOn Music is also found to be distributed by another company, FullOn Music will ask the Artist to issue a take down notice. If the Artist does not cooperate or fails to deal with the issue, FullOn Music may terminate this contract by written notice.

23} I acknowledge and agree that FullOn Music has the right in its own discretion to take down the applicable Master(s) without notice or further consultation with the Artist.  FullOn Music will not be held liable or in breach of contract for any content it removes from online stores or streaming sites on this basis; and FullOn Music has no obligation to account to the Artist for any sales or streaming of Masters that are shown to not belong to the Artist or where necessary Master or Publishing agreements or licenses are not in place. FullOn Music may require repayment of any sums paid to the Artist in respect of such sales.

24} I acknowledge and agree that if FullOn Music is involved in the removal of illegal sales, the Artist will be required to reimburse to FullOn Music for any legal fees FullOn Music has incurred.

25} I acknowledge and agree that FullOn Music is entitled to retain 50% of all income (after deduction of legal fees) received from any site or store involved in illegal sales.

26} I acknowledge and agree that there can be a fees for any kind of take down (which can be up to ₹15,000 or less or more for some take down, depends on a case by case basis).

27} DISTRIBUTER can change this terms and conditions for any future Album submission without any notice.
